In the rare event that a manufacturing defect occurs, we offer a complimentary reprint within seven working days from the delivery date. We are committed to ensuring your brand is represented with the highest quality possible.

We understand that unexpected events occur and we do our best to accommodate our partners. If your circumstances are likely to change, please inform us as soon as possible.

Your refund eligibility will depend on the current production stage of your order:

• Orders where production has not yet commenced are entitled to a complete refund.
• For orders already in the prepress or production phase, partial refunds may be issued based on the work completed.

The deadline for all refund requests is seven calendar days from the delivery date. Lost shipments must be reported within 10 days from the ship-out date.
