All materials, designs, and content utilized on this site are the property of Packaging Peers. Copying, altering, or distributing these materials without explicit legal authorization is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to display samples of your printed goods on our website or social media for promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is specifically requested and signed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork and materials do not infringe upon third-party copyrights. You agree not to provide any material that is unlawful, offensive, or objectionable.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and possess the rights to commission the production of the items requested.

We strive for 100% accuracy in our printing processes. However, due to the nature of industrial printing, slight variations in color (CMYK/Pantone) and density may occur.

All prices are in USD. Work on custom projects commences only after full payment is received.

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of proof approval with a $25 processing fee and 5% of the order total. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee to cover prepress and material costs.

We offer free ground shipping within the United States, Canada, and the UK. While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, Packaging Peers is not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Lost or damaged shipment claims must be filed within 20 days of the shipment date.

Gang Printing: While we do not use gang printing for most items, we may occasionally select a printing method most suitable for a specific requirement to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.

Overruns & Underruns: We typically deliver the exact quantity ordered plus a small surplus at no extra charge. In accordance with standard trade practices, we follow a +/- 5% margin for the ordered quantity.

In no event shall Packaging Peers' total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
